Shipping destinations:

• We ship both domestic and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Domestic orders take 1-3 business days to deliver and we ship within 5 business days*.
• International orders show calculated delivery based on provided service at checkout. Orders are shipped within 5 business days*.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $100 will have free shipping for domestic orders.
• Orders under $100 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
  
• All international customers must pay the cost to ship.

*Pre-orders will not always ship within five business days, refer to product description for their shipping times. If an order includes an item listed as Preorder, the order will not ship until the Preorder item is ready.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 21-day Return & Exchange Policy:

• Timing: we have a 21-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  
• Returns and exchanges are accepted for all products if product is in stock, unless stated otherwise.
  
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please begin here. You'll need your order number provided in your email at the time of purchase, as well as the email, phone number, or zip code attached to the order.
  
• For domestic orders, the buyer will receive a prepaid label to the email of original purchase.
  
• For international orders, the buyer must pay for the return and ship to the return address.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
• Refunds do not include the price paid for shipping, only the product itself.
